Myanmar Oil & Gas Concessions

Essar’s gas asset in Myanmar (Block L) has an estimated recoverable hydrocarbon reserve of 330mn barrels of oil equivalent. Essar drilled one well each in the two blocks after 2D & 3D seismic survey of the two fields. Essar was the first Indian company to bag two oil and gas blocks in Myanmar in 2005.
